The other day, I was blog surfing and came across Patty Bennett's blog that had a tutorial called "Watercolor Roses". I thought I knew how to watercolor, but no, not this way. These roses were absolutely gorgeous! I had to try it, so I called Stephanie Luman (my best friend and upline) and we planned to get together and try this technique. We actually squealed with delight when we saw our results. Here is the card I made with one of the four roses I watercolored with Stephanie:
What do you think? Wouldn't this be great for a Wedding card or a Mother's Day card? Would you like to learn this technique? It is easy and once you learn it, you can use any color combination of ink refills that you would like to create your own one-of-a-kind rose. I will be teaching this technique in my monthly technique class on the second Friday in June. Contact me today to sign up!
